Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on several software and hardware products. Below, you’ll find a curated selection of projects that reflect my experience and approach.

Software

New Distribution Capability APIs

At Delta Air Lines, I led the product release for the Payments & Ticketing NDC API, driving delivery and cross-functional alignment across both development and business teams. I managed end-to-end UAT testing using Postman to validate functionality, identify defects missed in earlier test phases, and ensure a seamless user experience. In parallel, I partnered closely with the Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) to coordinate comprehensive API cycle testing, enabling accurate Delta data integration and establishing reliable payment processing, settlement, and financial reporting for NDC transactions.

SITATEX Online

SITATEX Online is a fully hosted mailbox service that is web-based and developed in XML by SITA. It safely and securely allows users to exchange business-critical data, from anywhere in the world. With a user-friendly interface that’s accessible from any PC, Mac or tablet, SITATEX Online provides a truly mobile, flexible messaging solution. It’s quick and easy to implement, needing no hardware or software installation.

Passenger Flow Management

Passenger Flow Management (PFM) is both an operational and analytics tool which helps airports manage passenger flows and movements throughout the airport. It also provides actionable insights to facilitate short- & long-term planning, operational decision making, resource allocation, SLA management, and billing. PFM improves the passenger experience, and reduces costs while increasing revenues for airports.

Wayfinding

Wayfinding is a complete solution, delivering a future-proof, services-orientated ecosystem of components to accommodate the rapidly growing world of mobile devices and connectivity. Wayfinding is built on two core capabilities:

Digital Services – Mobile applications and self-service touch screen kiosks which give passengers access to contextually-aware information (such as nearest restaurants, bathrooms, taxis). This helps them get to the right place at the right time.

Data Services – Composed of Application Programmer Interfaces (APIs), beacon services (including the enabling infrastructure), and airport maps. Individually or together they feed data for passenger facing applications. This capability can be used independently from Digital Services.

Hardware

I worked in the HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) industry and managed Residential Multi-family Fan Coils/air handlers, as well as Light Commercial Small Packaged Products. Both product lines provided customers with additional energy settings, advanced comfort features, better sound performance, and quality.
